Australian delivery

Express Australia Post is $10, FREE for orders over $499, baby!

It's 1-3 business days for those near capital cities, a little longer for more remote areas. We send from Perth, so if you're near us, it'll be on the quicker side. 

For super urgent deliveries or ones where getting it by a particular day is important, please contact us first. Public holidays, weather and other interferences can affect these delivery windows, obvi.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information. If you are unable to access this email or did not receive it, please contact us and we'll be able to provide you with this information.

International delivery

EVERYWHERE except India and Israel, sorry.

Delivery is free over AU$500 otherwise AU$30 for most countries. New Zealand is $20. Rest of the world is a flat rate of AU$60.

Due to Brexit related reasons, all UK deliveries will be express only. Read more 👉

Update 30th Dec 2020 #BREXIT: We've made the decision to only send UK orders by express courier.

Update 3rd March 2020: We now use DHL couriers for all of our international orders which is way faster than the postal service we used to use.

If you live near to a major city, expect it on the quicker side. If you live in a regional area, it will likely take longer. Some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the charges so the goods can be released from the post office. We CANNOT cancel your order once it has been dispatched. We WILL NOT accept any packages returned to us if you refuse to pay any customs or import duties.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information. If you are unable to access this email or did not receive it, please contact us and we'll be able to provide you with this information.

Returns

Here at Dyspnea, we love each and every Dyspet that shops online with us. We want you to be on Cloud 9 with your purchase, as we aim to provide exceptional customer service and deliver beautiful high quality garments.

If you aren't quite happy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, we will still love you. You will need to email hello@dyspnea.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goodies to obtain a Returns Authorization number = RA# and get the garment within 5 days into the post. Ideally you email us the tracking number so we know it's on its way. Standard Post takes quite long (up to 8 business days) in Australia and if you need a speedy refund or exchange we advise you to Express Post it back to us.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organise this with your local postal service. We encourage you to return your item via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Dyspnea.

You can return your item for a refund, credit or exchange if:

👉🏽Your item isn't a mask, lingerie, a bodysuit, swimsuit or hair accessory
👉🏽You've emailed a request within 7 days of receiving your order
👉🏽Your item has arrived faulty
👉🏽Your item(s) are in its original condition, with all tags attached and with no indication of being worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Your garment must be free of makeup, bronzer, tan marks and have no scent of perfume - so please take care when trying on your garment, ladies!

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item(s) that do not meet these standards.


👉🏽You'll need to contact us within 5 days or ordering to let us know about your return and why you're sending it back.

👉🏽Package the item(s) as received - folded and well wrapped. We encourage you to reuse our wrapping and have no objections if you recycle the postbag by turning it inside out!

👉🏽Send it back tracked - if we don't receive it, unfortunately we aren't responsible if it gets lost.

Torn about which size to choose? Sometimes it's best to order both sizes and return the one that doesn't fit to save time stress and return postage.

Just remember that postage back to us is not prepaid. We'll cover it back to you once, but any further exchanges won't be covered. K?

Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you’ve purchased it. 

Waiting for things to go on sale is a gamble, and buying beforehand means you might pay a little more, but it's yours!

We offer 20+ of our most loved styles for you to choose from and have made on demand, 24/7. 

Sizing 👉🏽You can select the nearest size to you (4-18) and add your measurements at the cart. So if you're a size 24, just select XXXL and add your measurements. If you're a size S hips and waist and a size XXS bust, just select one of those sizes and again, add your measurements and we'll cater to you, hunnay.

Turnaround 👉🏽We'll have it hand-beaded and on its way to you in just 4-6 weeks!

Colours 👉🏽You can choose from our standard colours, or pay AU$50 more to have us source your ideal colour

Price 👉🏽We offer this for our Dyspets at just 10% more than the usual investment.

Part-paying

Afterpay 👉🏽Afterpay lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly, automatic, interest-free payments. It's available for all Australian and New Zealand cardholders.

Laybuy 👉🏽Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly, automatic, interest-free payments. It's available for all Australian, New Zealand and UK cardholders. 

Sezzle 👉🏽Sezzle lets you receive your purchase now and split up the cost into 4 interest-free payments. To use Sezzle, you must be 18 years old or over and have a valid US or Canadian mobile number and email address.

Each of these facilities have good reminder systems so you the payments don't sneak up on you. Usually, they will let you know a payment has failed, and that when they try again in 24 hours, if it fails again, only then will the fee be charged.

Sizing & Care

We have specific measurements for our garments in the product descriptions - please keep an eye out for the button.

We design your pieces to last a life time, and they absolutely will if you give it Nonna-level TLC and listen to our instructions 😊Making your special piece last means it's life will be long which is ~very~ planet friendly 🌏♻️

We use a range of hand-made, delicate quality fabrications and textiles, so most of our garments are ideally dry cleaned.

Alternatively, you may wash the garment gently in tepid water with a small amount of soap for delicate fabrics.

→ Avoid vigorous rubbing
→ Gently squeeze the garment, rinse it in cold water
→ Drip dry it in the shade
→ Avoid ironing

Preferably steam the garment to smooth any creases. This can be done by hanging it on a coat hanger in the bathroom while having a hot shower. If your garment is very creased and ironing is unavoidable, you can lay a clean, protective cloth over the fabric to be ironed and use a low heat setting ideal a steam iron

Our famous fluffs are made from down and can be washed, however avoid soap and when dry cleaning request to have the fluffs well covered for this process so they are not exposed dry cleaning chemicals.

Sometimes the fluffs can come undone during dry cleaning and require repairing.
